The reason why communism kills so many people is that it is run by religious minded people, who aren’t religious, but have not learned the restraint that comes with proper religious training.
Far-fetched? Not when the state archives of Russia and China have not been fully opened up to show the real extent of the deaths caused by mass executions, deliberate famine, labor camps and forced exile. In fact, many of the deaths were likely never publicly recorded, either. Think of it as the Nazi Holocaust but never unfettered even by a major war.
