As far as it being "harassment", that's a distinction that goes beyond a single incident. Ask her out, she says "no" then that should be the end of it. But, in the world of these feminists, you ask her out, and she declines then you forfeit the rest of your life. Kind of like playing Russian Roulette with an automatic.
