Someday, Mia, honest historians are going to look back at these times when they are able to have some perspective. They will wonder what in the hell our country was doing while the Clintons were destroying our national security. The real legacy is there, but it may not be known to all during our lifetimes.

The trusty triad's half-truths, exaggerations and outright lies, confounded by fog of war, vagaries of peace and uncharted territory of asymmetric netherworlds, remind us that things are not always what they first seem. The UN Oil-for-Food scandal, for example, has shown us it was not "going to war with Iraq" that was "all about oil," but rather, "not going to war with Iraq." Agreed...it's the shortsighted that think the negative legacy extends only to his tossing off in the Oval Office sink...

It took Reagan's death for for some MSM critics to admit he was right. Lucky for us, Bush is not concerned with his legacy while still in office... unlike Clinton.
