Agreed; but I suppose listening to that song for half an hour may be considered a form of torture?

How long will it take to get that song out of his head? He should sue for malicious torture or something.

I cannot imagine why anybody would even think about putting themselves into that situation.

The complainant is clearly insane and the judgment should be set aside.

Hells bells, for $8,000/ half-hour, they can strand me on a ride and play any frigging music they want! I’ve got 4-5 days to give ‘em. LOL.

What are they talking about? I took that ride in Disneyworld once... and it was so crushingly busy that we DID sit there at the end of the ride listening to it for 30 minutes.

Are you tellimg me I should have sued for $8000? I had no idea. Neither did the only 100 people logjammed trying to get the heck off that ride.

It’s been decades since I went on that ride, just once, and I still remember that song, I feel sorry for the guy:)

I drove my parents crazy, singing that song for hours after our trip to Disneyland. My kids did the same to me so I guess we’re even.

It's not just any ride. You are desperate for the ride to end, but it just keeps going and going and the song plays over and over again. Then, you can't get it out of your head.

The only purpose of that ride is so that when your kids have kids and they have to take that ride they understand just how much you loved them and would do for them.

“Or this...”

Arrrrrrg! That will cost you $12,000 per half hour! You’ll be hearing from my attorney.

I agree. The man who designed that “ride” was evil. If I had to listen to that song for an extra half an hour I’d be looking for someone to kill.

I’m SURE that some people in Geneva would be VERY INTERESTED in what Disney put him through.
