Is it legal to offer scholarships based on religious beliefs?
Not according to the Civil Rights Act of 1964. But somehow it has appears been repealed or heavily modified in the years since it was passed. Scholarships for Christians only would be forbidden, the same goes for scholarships for white men. Now scholarships and special housing for Moslems is apparently just fine.
