Bump stock ban, reauthorizing FISA in 2018, Operation Warp Speed, indictment of Julian Assange re Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, signing legislation that increased the national debt by $7.8 trillion dollars.
Get ready for the hate...
total open borders...because “anyone should be able to cross the border regardless of whether the government approves”
What was the Reagan quote? “The core of conservatism is libertarianism?”
That’s not quite right, but the idea.
Now, there’s a huge difference between small-l libertarian and big-L libertarian.
You can support the Obama/Biden totalitarian dictatorship and world government.
Or you can support the guy who believes in individual rights and freedom.
The Libertarian Party is perplexed and really trying to puzzle this one out.
Trump is talking with a block of potential voters.
Biden can't do anything that's not a pre-written, pre-staged kabuki theater dance.
They have around two dozen prospective presidential nominees. Are they going to entertain endorsing Trump instead? If not, having him at the convention risks diluting their brand, their candidate. Very interesting.
As I understand Libertarianism, they broadly want less govt. interference, which Trump will deliver.
Quibble about the specifics and risk Biden removing what precious freedoms we presently have.
Trump supporting spying on Americans (like was done with him) without a warrant is not even .01% a liberty-based position. This was unforgiveable.
Libertarians need to pick a side. There is no longer any middle ground as it applies to preserving our Constitutional Republic and LIBERTY.
Gee, I thought they’d dissolve back into the woodwork once they got their legal pot. Guess I was wrong!
If Trump can make a deal with the Libertarian Party to get their endorsement, that’d completely change the dynamics of the election. Look at the two-dozen nobodies they have vying for their nomination. They should skip that, endorse Trump.
Maybe the deal is to pick Rand Paul as VP?
I was a Libertarian for many years. I got tired of losing.
Without the Libertarian candidate’s votes in Florida in 2000, Bush would have had a clean, quick victory. Instead, the fight dragged out for months, delaying key national security, intel and defense appointments from being confirmed, and likely insuring that the 9/11 plot could not be stopped.
I wish the GOP would take a more libertarian view on things. More individual freedom.
