Chickens are livestock, too.
The dog was dangerous to animals and when it bit her, it proved it was dangerous to humans as well.
Animal shelters put down dangerous animals and nobody is having a hissy fit over them doing it.
This is just a hit piece on Noem to try to ruin her.
