A responsible juror would get up and walk out when she described organ sizes, apparently learned from her pornographic experiences. The judge should be removed from the bench for allowing it. One wonders if her hotel experience is actually one of her film deals.
Agreed... this entire thing is just a circus for the media, had nothing to do with the law and hasn’t since day one.
Its about getting all this “dirty” stuff out there in the press.
Its about getting a conviction no matter what, even if they know it will be overturned...
This is all about the election and nothing about the law.
You actually expect Harvey Weinstein and Donald Trump to both receive equitable treatment in the NY courts? That part of the law got on the train and left town a long time ago.
