Until Congress changes the Former Presidents Protection Act of 2012.

So how many House members do they need to blackmail in order to approve, miss the vote, or abstain?

Can Mayorkas side-step the law by precedent of federal employees losing government benefits once convicted of a felon?

Blackmail, Bribe, or Extort. They have several arrows in their quiver. I suspect there are very few Reps upon which one or the other can’t be used.
