I live in Indiana, and I'm not excited about a Braun governorship. Even though he has a 88% CR score, he still voted too many times with the Rat majority on key bills and for that, he lost my trust. While he'll likely be better than Holcomb or Pence, I feel the other GOP candidates would have done an even better job if any of them had gotten the nod. Instead I see normal political shenanigans used to get someone into the office that will be in step with the Deep State.

Thoughts from other Hoosiers?

It was mostly name recognition. When you have a large field the one people know will usually win. I personally voted for Crouch, and she came in second. Braun should win easily. And I think he’ll be better than the clown we have now.

“I live in Indiana,...”

Vote as is best for your state. Trump’s opinion means nothing more than any other opinion in that regard.

Also a Hoosier....I’ve had an opportunity to meet Braun and got to ask a few questions . I feel he’s the best choice amongst the candidates available. Pro life, pro 2nd, and intimated that states may become more important than the fedgov and that was one reason he wanted to be governor

I guess we could note that Braun kept to his promise of limiting himself to two terms in the Senate. That counts for something.
