Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested a Colombian migrant in Massachusetts last week who was wanted for homicide, according to the agency.

A Colombian court had given him a 17-year sentence in 2016 for aggravated homicide, aggravated theft and possession of a weapon.

The migrant allegedly crossed the southern border near San Luis, Arizona, without being inspected, admitted or paroled by U.S. immigration officials. Upon his arrest by Border Patrol in November, he received a notice to appear before an immigration judge and was released on an order of recognizance, according to ICE.

Last month, the House Homeland Security committee said nearly 30,000 migrants from South and Central American and Caribbean countries were granted travel authorization for the U.S. from January to August 2023.

The leftist people of Massachusetts vote for soft on crime candidates all the time and welcomed immigrants with banners on front lawns.

Now they have some.

Give us your scum of humanity, your murderers and thieves your child rapists, drug dealers and terrorist your evilest of heart and mind. Give to us your sick twisted bitter masses yearning to rob pillage and destroy. Send them until their very numbers bring down this land’s valued golden door. Once though the unstable dregs will choke out the breath of freedom and extinguish the light from its lamp of hope. Leaving only wretched darkness and despair.

Why shouldn't any of these illegal migrant criminals be discriminated against? Real unbiased discrimination regardless of where they come from and how it looks to the rest of the world. This place is not their place, plain and simple. Why shouldn't actual citizens be able to form and file a Class Action lawsuit and have our day in court? I don't have a complete understanding of that part of the legal system but for some reason it feels like common sense!
