The Whitmer ‘kidnapping hoax’ is on the brink of collapse...

The Whitmer “kidnapping plot,” “fednapping,” or “hoax,” as it’s more commonly called, is likely one of the biggest entrapment cases the FBI ever staged, aside from January 6. The two plots are intricately connected and part of the same regime scheme to paint Trump supporters as domestic terrorists. However, when news broke about this “kidnapping plot,” Revolver News could smell a rat. We were ahead of the curve, being among the very first to connect the dots between the Michigan Kidnapping Plot and the January 6th Fedsurrection. Our groundbreaking article from three years ago sounded the alarm about possible federal involvement on January 6th, using the Michigan fiasco as a prime example.

...

The controversy centers on the court’s decision to prevent the jury from seeing hundreds of incriminating communications between FBI officials, handlers, and informants that clearly exposed the entrapment scheme. A few weeks ago, during oral arguments, it was clear that the 6th Circuit judges were very skeptical about the decision to conceal hundreds of texts between FBI handlers and informants from the jury.

Nope.

However, you will continue to pay any automated traffic enforcement tickets you rack up.

It wasn’t a hoax. It was a conspiracy of federal officials and their agency assets.

Absolutely nothing should be withheld from any jury. Whether it biases the case in one way or another. It’s up to the defense or prosecution to state why the jury should disregard.

That may be sensible policy, but that is not the law.

Wake me up when:

1. Innocent actors are released from captivity, and

2. The traitorous perpetrators are charged and arrested.

Right next to Cankles in the bargain bin -

“True Gretch” is scheduled for release July 9 and a book announcement provided to The Associated Press promises insights into Whitmer’s five-year tenure as Michigan’s governor. It will include a behind-the-scenes look at how she navigated the COVID-19 pandemic, became the target of a kidnapping plot and continually clashed with former President Donald Trump.

A jury cannot come to a correct decision without knowing everything that pertains to the case. How could it possibly be excluded “by law”?

It seems the courts have instituted rules that should be severely checked. Just like telling the jury that you can only decide a case based on the facts presented. They do this to prevent jury nullification. Thomas Jefferson certainly thought jurors had the right to refuse to go along with a bad law or one that was implemented inappropriately.

Woman with the Whip alert. I’m afraid she’s going to be made the Democrat candidate at the last minute. Crooked Joe will bow out after the June debates. As part of the deal, Harris, will be given governorship of California.

Perhaps "reelect." We know that they've greatly stacked the deck in favor of election fraud in the past few years.

The theory is that if, as a matter of law, the testimony or evidence is more prejudicial than probative, it cannot be made available to the jury. So the judge is a gatekeeper.

Unfortunately we are already at that point in this country where we have two sets of laws on the road to a dictatorship. “One for them and another one for us little peons” ,

Covid Federal funds were determined by how long your state was shut down due to COVID stats. She kept Michigan locked down long time and hauled in lot of federal money.
