The prosecution’s 'star witness' Michael Cohen is back on the stand for a third day, as the court waits with bated breath to find out whether former President Donald Trump could testify himself.
He finally admitted under oath that he stole $60,000 from the Trump Organization by ‘grossing up’ payments for tax. Donald Trump was seen shaking his head as his former ‘fixer’ made the revelation, confirming he’s a common thief.
Cohen also dramatically revealed that he dealt with an apparent photo ‘extortion’ blackmail attempt involving the ex-president’s daughter, Tiffany.
Cohen admits he was handling Tiffany Trump ‘blackmail’ Blanche continues to press Cohen on other matters he was dealing with that coincided with the Stormy Daniels payoff.
This includes an apparent ‘extortion’ attempt involving the president’s daughter, Tiffany.
‘You agree with me, right, that you had a lot going on both in your personal life and with President Trump in those first two weeks of October?’ Blanche asked. Cohen agreed.

If the judge isn’t thinking about limiting damage to his own reputation, I’m sure some of the jurors are.

It is all in picking a jury and what instructions the court approves, and between those two, it is 80% picking a jury. With a NYC jury and with this judge expected to skew everything he can in the prosecution’s favor, it would not matter if our Holy Savior descended into the courtroom in a brilliant glow and surrounded by Seraphim, all proclaiming Trump innocent, he will be convicted. I suspect that if the jury does find a verdict of not guilty the judge will simply override it with a finding of guilty.
They’ve made up every thing else so far so that doesn’t sound too far fetched to me.
Bragg knew this in advance and figured that New York jury, full of commies who hate Trump will convict Trump for just BREATHING..and you have a judge whose own daughter is getting hundreds of thousands of dollars daily from Dan Goldman who “Prepped” Cohen, this “Case” should never have been brought to begin with
