I know FDR ushered in the welfare state and threatened the Supreme Court, but the line, "Nothing to fear but fear itself" was from his first inaugural address during the depth of the depression and was quite well reasoned.

As for Kennedy, if only some Republicans were as conservative as he was.  Tax cuts, war against communism and the race to space were as much hallmarks of his administration as his philandering.  That famous line, "Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for you country" should be in every inaugural address and used as a hammer against every liberal alive.

I would like to see Clinton get a radio show though.  Just to hear him say, "And next on the line we have Carl from Oysterbay" would make the next few seconds of radio very precious indeed!

I hope you have a "day job" that pays for your  many and growing publishing talents Mia!

Clinton would get "Baba booey'd" almost every day.
