He's rarely right about where the race is headed but he's pretty good at where it is and always interesting.

I haven't heard him do so, but if he threw his hat in the ring for '08, I'm on board.
The way I see it, the Left is gonna demonize the nominee regardless of who the GOP nominates, so don't waste time or effort trying to find an infallable candidate the Left can't slur because that person doesn't exist. That said, Newt makes a great candidate for many reasons, not the least of which being he's very intelligent, and is a really, really good speaker.
Very few have been able to articulate as well as Newt on issues, on "big picture"/vision-related themes, etc.
He'd be able to raise cash easily, too. I'd sign up to help on day one if he committed to the race.

Kerry lost two days ago, with ammo gate he was done, but that is over and now there is fun. Bush should talk terror, the focus is there, except that the polls have gotten in your hair. Yes oh Dick, your punditry is such a joy, a stopped clock is more accurate as is a broken children's toy.

I'm in California. It is a lost cause here. As bad as it is in San Francisco, my area in the Silicon Valley may vote at a higher percentage for Kerry than SF will. That's exactly what happened during the Governor's recall that put Arnold in Sacramento. So, yeah, all I get is left-wing propaganda, from the bay area TV stations, radio stations (except for a couple), and newspapers.
Still waiting. They are covering the overturning of the OH challenge vote thing. The Judge says "Fraud will be rampant" if this thing is not set right.
Cuz you know, we're trying to suppress Dick Tracy and Roger Rabbit's right to vote.
