WASHINGTON — Special counsel Robert Hur has declined to prosecute President Joe Biden for his handling of classified documents but said in a report released Thursday that Biden’s practices “present serious risks to national security” and added that part of the reason he wouldn’t charge Biden was that the president could portray himself as an “elderly man with a poor memory” who would be sympathetic to a jury.
“Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen,” the report said, but added that the evidence “does not establish Mr. Biden’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.”

Do these people have a full understanding of the risk to America this breach has cost? Think of the people who have had access to the Biden garage, I don’t care if the garage door was closed, it’s the people who had access to the house, thus the garage……housekeepers, groundskeepers, pool service, catering, delivery, construction/repair, etc. Were they vetted, was someone always there to watch their activity?
If the deep state isn’t pushing Biden out of office - NBC will ‘discover’ Biden doesn’t have dementia after all... and no one will bring it up again.

How can he not be charged for this due to poor memory but still be ok to lead the USA. How do they pull that off. Use the Tucker and Putin interview to distract and never speak of bidens remarks and the evidence. And proof. No 25th amendment. Will they still hide this and run him anyways in 2024.
