I believe the judge has the object to declare it a mistrial....acquittal or whatever it’s called. And if he wants to save his soul...he should. The Dems can’t risk 5,6 or 7 folks saying “not guilty”.
Definitely sloppy on the part of the prosecution. That’s basic due diligence for any jurist worth his salt.

The objective is not to get a conviction that will withstand appeal. The goal is to take Trump off the campaign trail as long as possible. And to have “convicted felon”>>> Some of the Trump allies need to press that there are actually one or two real attorneys on the jury. So they should shout out this corrupt jury will convict Trump and let these crooked attorneys feel the heat. It is great that Trump has got some allies in congress to go up there and help him. Thank God for them.

Phone call was Oct 24th. Stormy signed the agreement Oct 28th.
