Bush waves to the crowd before being introduced by U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Mel Martinez (R), at the St. Paul AME Church while in Atlanta, Georgia, June 17, 2002. BUSH: "I'll be right with you Mel, I'm just saying goodbye to my Conservative Base"
I don't think Savage will "die" that easy!
g
the bottom line, however, is that it is a social engineering (and targeted) program.
btw, if after having read the comments on this entire thread you still defend it, then obviously it is futile to continue the debate.

Are you for REAL? Didn't make a difference? The whole reason Gore was even Running was because of the Sh!T Pappa Bush pulled back in 90-91 and the p!ssed off voters that YOU claim don't make a difference, they voted for Perot, split the vote 3 ways and put Clinton in office, and gave Gore eight years as VP. That little spectacle of returning his life Membership to the NRA after the Organization criticized the FBI and ATF for Ruby Ridge Murder of Vicky Weaver really helped.
So don't tell me that voters DON'T make a difference. And evidently Bubba Bush is gonna do the same thing. P!ss off the base and you can bet the Democrats will play into it. Just like they did in 92.
Bubba Bush is gonna be a one termer. With his new found love for deficiet spending, buying votes with Tax dollars, lack of Spine in dealing with the Illegal alien problem, his signing of CFR. The farm Bill hand out, the Dept. of Ed. spending spree he is doing everthing possible of Energizing the base. And they will do to him what they did to his daddy.
If there is a Plausable third party candidate in 04 Bush is gone! Remember this, Had OwlGore won his home state Bush would be back in Austin acting like the democritter he is acting like in Washington. Say hello to Hitlary your next President.

Defend "it"... defend what? I am simply defending objectivity. I've ask you the above question and you choose not to answer it. MY question and your non answer speaks for itself.
It will go something like this;
*Michal Savage enters Big Time Network Exec's office*
Big Time Network Exec:Ah Mr. Savage... Hillary was just elected. We don't want to piss her off and stuff, so you're fired. Bye!
No, if conservatives sit on their butts and pout then Bush is gone. You sound like the kind of thumb sucker that would do that.

And why is that Roscoe? Could it be because of a Family structure that is based on decades of Welfare and other government paid living. Sigle parents raising large numbers of kids?
Could it be because of "Parents" not instilling respect for others and others property? Or even being around the kids, Could it be because of a lack of a social structure in a neighborhood or Family that frowns on illegal activities or the destruction of some "Rich" guys property?
I've had the pleasure of seeing first had WHO causes these toilets/drains, sinks, furnaces, windows, carpets, lights, , drywall, cabinets, stairs, doors etc. to become trash. 95% of the time in my experience is the persons living in the home/apartment/housing complex.
All this boondoggle is gonna create is another BANKING MESS. If these folks can't generate enough to come up with a FHA downpayment, taint no way they are gonna have enough earning capacity to take care of the unexpected costs of home ownership.
With a Fed. Government handout (ie. Grants) as a downpayment there is absolutely NOTHING to loose when they walk away after living in a newly financed home for 6 months to a year, trashing it out while the Goverment takes the legal process to get em out. And then you can EAT the cost with Higher taxes to the feds to pay for all the Defaulting loans.
Don't think it happens? Check the Repo/Bankruptcy/default/tax sale notifications in your areas papers or Court notices. Everyday it is happening already. Most are either HUD or FHA financed. All King George is doing is helping certain groups get more freebies/handouts to get there first.
I wish that just once you Bush-bots would plainly explain your position instead of hurling insults. I want to believe in Bush; there really isn't any other viable alternative.
But it is better to be single than marry a prostitute.
And since then, the "hard right" has consistently NOT voted for the GOP. In 2000, the GOP won without you. Over four MILLION of you folks stayed home, and by God, Bush won without you. You are NOT his base.
So don't tell me that voters DON'T make a difference.
When over 4 million don't vote for Bush and he still wins, they don't make a difference. The GOP kissed y'all's backside in 1994, won by a happy fluke (NOT because of you), fell on their swords for you in 1995, got no support from y'all, fell on their swords AGAIN for you in 1998, and you gave them no help...well, they decided to find other people to vote for them, because you never were going to.
And evidently Bubba Bush is gonna do the same thing. P!ss off the base and you can bet the Democrats will play into it. Just like they did in 92.
Sorry, the "base" was p!ssed off during the 2000 election, and they didn't show up. He won without you. You held your breath until you turned blue, you bet the farm...and you lost.
He's energizing HIS base. Over four million of you people didn't vote for him--he doesn't owe you a frickin' thing.
If there is a Plausable third party candidate in 04 Bush is gone!
Well, Pat Buchanan pretty much wrote THAT option off, didn't he?
Remember this, Had OwlGore won his home state Bush would be back in Austin acting like the democritter he is acting like in Washington.
Uh-huh. And if the worthless no-load can't-hack-it crybaby oxygen-wasting 4-million-strong group of windbags that call themselves "the base" had shown up on 11/7/20000, then they'd have some call to snivel and whine.
Say hello to Hitlary your next President.
And I will cheerfully tell you that you have no call to kvetch about her decisions.
What percentage of FHA insured loans go into foreclosure? Got a figure, or are you blowing smoke?
i'm really not trying to evade you, but, to be honest, my mind is mush right now and i have distracting noise behind me. maybe another time...
Ouch.
I just wish that ONCE you 3rd part whackos could define your exact beef with Bush. Other than your ridiculous claims that he is not a conservative with only YOUR subjective definitions of the term
There is only so much money to loan. So if the banking industry is going out of their way to loan to to those whose credit isn't that good, then that means there will be less to loan to those with acceptable credit for buying a house. What will the result of this be? In addition to white people not being able to compete for the good jobs due to affirmative action, now they will find increasing difficulty to qualify for buying a home. Boy, I feel real sorry for those who are just starting out. This is the pitts!
call me a cynic, but i don't believe this is what happened. i believe most of us were "broken glass republicans" who DID, in fact, vote for g.w. bush. my belief is that there was MASSIVE voter fraud. as a matter of fact, i believe bush, in reality, won the popular vote as well.
Yes the right has. The loony right never has.
