In all my time here, I have had a thread or two pulled. I remember my first pulled thread, I believe JibRob pulled it himself. And you know what, he was right to pull in, in hindsight. I was lucky though in that he responded to me himself after he pulled the thread. Back then, FR wasn't quite so busy and The Man could message you himself.
Its a bit less personal these days, and you just have to go with it I guess, no place is perfect, you have to take the good with the bad.
I have some views that are quite inconsistent with the vast majority of freepers, but ultimately, I know sites like these are social networking sites, and you kind of have to go with the flow, or go somewhere else. I value FR enough to stick around, even when I get fed up.
Now my opinion on Truthers is the same as other conspiracy stuff.. I don't like seeing it. Conspiracism (and it exists on the Right as well as the Left, in fact, I used to think it was strictly a right wing thing.) is a type of logical breakdown, as in the end, it depends on non-falsifiable evidence and reasoning.
Honestly though, there ARE conspiracy type theories and reasoning that goes on here, of the right wing kind, that I wish would go away, but like I said, no place is perfect, but this place is the only place of its kind, and is my favorite place on the internet. If I came in to alot of money, I would make a HUGE donation.
