It is a matter of survival to the Left and the Obamunists that they silence Beck and every other significant right-wing commentator. They cannot win any argument on factual grounds, and their traditional mouthpieces in the Old Media are shedding market share too fast to track. Watch for a sidearm attempt to reinstitute the Fairness Doctrine, or something quite like it, before they lose their Congressional hegemony on January 3, 2011.
