Unfortunately Sherriff Joe has wasyed his time with this.
Obama isn’t about to allow this as the microfilm does not exist.
What shpould happen is that the people in Hawaii who allowed themselves to be used should be arrested for being accomplices in the biggest fraud that was ever perpetrated in this country.

Finally some one in officialdom has cottoned on to what we have been telling people for months. That is, the "document" released by the WH in their attempt to quash this "Birth Certificate" thing is no "Certified Copy" of an actual document on file in Hawaii.
Rather what the WH released was a copy of an ABSTRACT of data purportedly on file in Hawaii; a copy they obviously enhanced a bit to make it look more "official."
Next time you go to register a vehicle or boat, try giving the DMV a copy of an "Abstract of Title," instead of the real thing. (But please notice that at no time did the WH actually say this was a "Copy of the President's Birth Certificate." In fact, on day one, they subtly announced it was an "abstract" and let it go at that. The MSM did the rest for them. Frankly, on technical grounds I doubt if they actually committed a crime!)
But as usual, the good Doctor Corsi, and Joseph Farah have got the "Birth Certificate" cart before the "Natural Born Citizen" horse. That is, it enables Team Obama to focus the citizens' collective eye on Hawaii, instead gazing directly at Article II of the Constitution.
Good Sheriff Joe should IMHO, go to The AG of Arizona and get him to issue a CONSTITUTIONAL CHALLENGE to the placement of the Mombasa MF on the ballot in Arizona. A definitive answer is needed to the question, "How can a person with just one citizen parent be a "Natural Born Citizen?" It is entirely possible for a person born in Hawaii to be a citizen, yet be ineligible to run for President. That is where the confusion begins, and should have ended.
Theory and Tactics:
The previous cases have failed because in large part they tended to depend upon issues involving the "standing" of the Plaintiff, i.e., the right to even bring suit in a particular legal venue.
By simply challenging the Magic Marxist Mulatto's constitutional right to be on the ballot, a state AG would make Team Obama the Plaintiff. This would fast-track the issue through the state and federal courts no matter which side appealed the decisions.
Of course, Team Obama might choose to simply not be on the ballot in that state. Abraham Lincoln was not on the ballot in the Southern States, a precedent of which Team Obama cannot be unaware. It means the possibility of a three-way, with BHO, Jr. and his rock solid "urban" support just might have enough to take a minority-vote Presidency on electoral votes ... another fact of which Team Obama must be acutely aware.
But one state AG could be all that is needed to bring down the curtain on this farce.
