Isn’t being a talk show host and writing books and columns a job?
He also practiced law at Goodwin Procter. As of March 2012 he ran an independent legal consultancy firm, Benjamin Shapiro Legal Consulting, in Los Angeles.
If those are not jobs, what are they? At least he isn’t taking money from tax payers.
