Yes, it attacks the lungs most; but it also can do severe damage to the heart, blood vessels, kidneys, gut, skin and brain.
Cardiologist Harlan Krumholz of Yale University says it "can attack almost anything in the body with devastating consequences. It's ferocity is breathtaking and humbling".
We also now know it has two pathways for infection, the ACE2 receptor (which is found in organs throughout the body) and the CD147 receptor on T-cells (found in the immune system).
The more we learn about covid-19, the more realize what a formidable foe it is. This knowledge will eventually tell us how to contain and then beat it -- but in the near term, it should keep us wary that the virus still likely has more surprises in store for us.

And while China stopped flights out of Wuhan to other parts of China, they allowed flights out of Wuhan to other countries to continue.
Obviously this was intentional. So why did China allow international flights out of Wuhan to continue?

Yes, well over 90% of COVID deaths are due to pre-existing conditions. Not to mention the death numbers are vastly overinflated because they count basically everything as a COVID death. Basically, unless you are in a nursing home or have a serious underlying medical condition, this is much ado about nothing.

You’ve been spreading panic about COVID since early on. This doctor and video is just more unnecessary panic which is nowhere near supported by the actual case data and more recently by antibody tests. 25% of NYC residents have already had it, that’s 2M people and counting and only a small percentage of those have had a severe reaction to include hospitalization or death. More doom and fear to scare the population for no reason.

At this point, I’m thinking it’s all scare tactics. I’m prudent but not afraid, and I’m darned if I will be whupped up by daily articles about this and that. One thing I’ve really honed during Trump’s tenure is my discernment of baloney.
See if you can get the Ubiquinol form of CoQ10 - much better absorption rates. It amazes me how much faster everything heals after prolonged use.

Well its relevant because there has been heart damage associated with some covid cases.
