The Drudge Reports apparent decision to cater content to a political demographic that has zero overlap with his audience of two decades hasnt been going well for the site.
While Im surprised hes not down 100%, Drudge has hemorrhaged nearly half of his audience over the past year.

Comscore data also put Drudges viewers at 1.488 million unique visitors in July, down 38% from July of 2019.
About a year ago, in August 2019, the site was posting well over 100 million readers. The sites recent numbers mark a steep 40% decline year over year. They also mark Drudges lowest numbers in decades.

In before he sold the web site.
It seems Drudge has enough money to not care.
I have not been on the Drudge site in maybe 4 years.
FOX is next
Can’t remember the last time I checked out this site. Used to do it all the time.
“Drudge dug its own grave by going left. It used to be the first site I checked every morning. Now I dont check it all....”
Agreed. I stopped looking at Drudge when it became a bad news buffet for conservatives and started serving up leftist crap.
I knew a game was afoot when Drudge suddenly pulled a hard left, and filled his page with stories about sex bots, UFOs, and a lot of pro-Biden propaganda. Once the elction’s over, he’ll have to fill the empty page space with stories about Bat Boy and fat women who thought they were pregnant but had 20 pound tumors in their belly. Hell, it worked for National Enquirer. And that’s the type of web traffic he’ll get.
Fox is barely watchable these days.
Fox News is also going down that path. They want to compete with CNN and MSDNC for the same group of moronic viewers. Even if it costs them the viewers who put them on top. This must be a Paul Ryan strategy.
They lost me except for Tucker and Mark Levin.
Tucker is the only one I watch, if I have time. Many years ago, I used to have the TV turned on to Fox News all the time. Now...meh!
Dittos.
Deleted that bookmark ages ago.
I noticed all the weird sex stories too. Weirdo.
The shift in the Drudge Report reminds me of the shift that happened at Little Green Footballs many years ago.
I went there once in the last 4 months just for the links at the bottom of his page. Formerly I went there every time I sat down to a computer.
