Press reported that Biden signed 17 E.O.s his first day in office. A closeup showed Biden was signing a blank sheet of paper at the signing ceremony.
On the Federal Register, none are listed.

He is like Colonel Blake. Just sign a bunch of blank papers and have Radar fill in the important details.
