(My Opinon) : So says Mayor Adams of NYC, where you can't grow food in the concrete jungle.
It has to be transported into the city from farmland, or grown hydroponically which is energy, water resource, and human labor intensive.

He'd rather we all be 'vegans' and be fed plants, insects, and vitamin supplements rather than protein as Mother Nature and God provides.
