My God; I wrote it’s instead of its ... my beating will — and should — be administered at once!

Wouldn’t the next step be the state Supreme court?

Right. And what “historical precedent” is there for silencing the presumptive nominee and leading candidate for US President during an election year?

In NY, the appeals court is the highest court

Doesn’t bode well for Trump’s appeal of this kangaroo trial until it gets altogether out of anything to do with New York.

Ridiculous decision allowing others to attack the defendant in public all over the airwaves but ruling he can’t respond to those attacks.

Proof that they are totally in the tank already.

Call Congress
(202) 224-3121
U.S. House switchboard operator
Mention state and zip to get connected.

Message: America’s existential threat is the absence of consequences for judicial activists committing hate crimes against Americans. We need to establish by law that judicial activists are committing hate crimes against defendants like Trump using extrajudicial reasons that undermine the constitution.

Case in point: Gun owner, Dexter Taylor, was Sentenced to DECADE in Prison After Judge fatuously Claims Second Amendment ‘Doesn’t Exist’ in her court.

REFERENCE By law, a hate crime is a criminal act that targets a victim based on the victim’s actual or perceived race, color, national origin, ancestry, gender, gender identity or expression, religion, religious practice, age, disability or sexual orientation.......and political persuasion.

You can report a hate crime to the FBI online at: tips.FBI.gov.
Follow the instructions on the pop-ups and fill out the online form to report a hate crime.
By Phone: Call the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI (1-800-225-5324).

You can also reach out to your local FBI field office. Find the phone number for the FBI field office closest to you at www.fbi.gov/contact-us/field-offices.

The FBI may reach out to you for more information as they investigate.

“the court’s historical commitment to ensuring the fair administration of justice in criminal cases”

Was this hearing held at the ‘Laugh Factory?’

"As said before...time to expel New York from the Union."

Expel the blue counties. There are more red counties in the state than there are blue.

Have to exhaust state remedies first, which means a follow up motion for en banc hearing, and then a motion for review by the state supreme court (or whatever the highest state court in NY is called).

NYS Court of Appeals is NYS highest court, which is where this ruling arose.

In New York, “Supreme Courts” are lower-level courts, not the highest court like other states and the federal government.

Watch Law & Order and note all the trials are in the “Supreme Court”.

“”We find that Justice Merchan properly weighed petitioner’s First Amendment Rights against the court’s historical commitment to ensuring the fair administration of justice in criminal cases...””

How could they keep a straight face making that statement. There is no justice in any NY court. They are all corrupt, from DAs to judges at all levels.

“the court’s historical commitment to ensuring the fair administration of justice in criminal cases.”

Fair? What the hell is fair about how the Bolshevik judge is administering this case?

Give the judge the Jacopo de’ Pazzi treatment:

He should be thrown off the bench, disbarred, tortured, hanged, buried in the Freshkills landfill, exhumed, thrown into raw sewage, dragged through the streets of lower Manhattan, propped up at the door of the courthouse where his head is mockingly used as a door knocker, thrown into the Hudson river, retrieved, hung from a tree, flogged, and thrown back into the river.

The Soviet Union?
