Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico is a visionary hero of Europe. He even knew that his populist policies could lead to an attempt on his life as you can see here. The perp who was apprehended in the assassination attempt even admitted that he shot Fico because he disagreed with his policies. An assassination attempt that came just days after Fico rejected the WHO pandemic accord. In addition, Fico also told the NATO Secretary General to his face that the slaughter in the killing fields of Ukraine must stop. The globalist media has been attempting to paint Fico as some sort of dangerous right-winger yet Fico is the one who wants peace and see that the senseless proxy war be brought to an end.
So, yeah, Fico was definitely shot for obviously political reasons.
I defend ... plausibility.
This case is difficult to imagine as part of a conspiracy.
You have a self-sacrificing “lone gunman”.
Assassins working in the context of a plot are most unlikely to offer their lives like this.

If you claim this as a plot simply on those grounds, then every case of a racist murderer (and there have been a few) in the US is also likely part of a plot. And you will then find yourself in league with the SPLC, claiming the entire opposition to Democrat rule as a conspiracy to kill off the blacks.
One problem with assumptions like yours is that they work both ways.
What about the gunman’s ties to Ukraine.

I think your guess is a good start. But the 25% is reduced even more when you include what is not talked about very much in these cases. Why is he a nut in the first place? This is actually part of the brainwashing conspiracy it’s self. The environment for these things is already set up.
The brainwashing and programming to be a radical extremist nut started as a child in socialist educational systems. Then add the influential brainwashing propaganda of society, culture, media, and irrational socialist cults.
Add it up and you have a mental bomb ready to explode. Then steps in the power that be to use this and take advantage of it to their own interests. All it takes is a nudge in the right direction and he will go off and they know this.
They know exactly how to use what has already been created for them by all the prerequisite factors and blame it on those other factors. The deceptive conspiracy work of programming this guy was already done many years before he was used.

I think you are defending Plausible Deniability.
The more of this defending the powers that be I see when an event happens, the more I am sure it was truly a conspiracy.
The point is, even if he was a lonewolf nut he was programmed to be a radical extremist nut by external influences specifically deigned to to do this.
Something else just occurred to me. Another infamous shooting in that region was the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand in 1914. That set off WW1, as many people know.
Was is less well known is that the Archduke’s assassin was not a troubled lone wolf. He was part of a conspiracy, the Serbian Black Hand.
Time will tell. Perhaps Fico‘s shooter really is a loner. But this is the age of the Deep State. So my default position is to consider a conspiracy.

Don’t forget that three Presidents of African countries that did not wish to vaccinate their people against COVID managed to die early deaths. The Presidents of Madagascar, Tanzania and (as far as I can recall) Burundi. Also the President of Haiti, who was also against the COVID vax, was conveniently killed in a coup.
The President of Tanzania, having been a science teacher before his political career, was known for being able to show that a papaya and a goat could each test positive for COVID.
