Democrats Mar Rudy Giuliani’s 80th Birthday Party – Serve Him with Arizona ‘Fake Electors’ Lawfare Indictment at Palm Beach Celebration

Rudy Giuliani, the former Mayor of New York City and stalwart defender of law and order, was served with an Arizona indictment during his 80th birthday event in Palm Beach on Friday.

The indictment, issued by a state grand jury in Arizona, has indicted GOP state legislators, former Arizona GOP chairwoman Kelli Ward, and others who acted as alternate electors for Trump in 2020.

It was announced by Arizona’s Democrat Attorney General Kris Mayes. Critics have labeled Mayes’ actions as part of a broader Democratic strategy to intimidate and silence opposition ahead of the 2024 general election.

“We conducted a thorough and professional investigation over the past 13 months into the fake electors scheme in our state,” Arizona’s Democrat Attorney General Kris Mayes said in a video announcing the charges.

The last thing I read what that Arizona RATS were having trouble locating Rudy to serve him, so who snitched that Rudy was being given a party in his honor at a private residence?

Why would anyone think that Arizona has the standing and the clout to finger someone for supposedly trying to overthrow a national election.

Giuliani should not waste one penny in defending himself from this spurious nonsense.

He can move to a red state where they can’t get to him. The governors of Texas or Louisiana can tell Arizona to go to hell.

All the good work Giuliani did for NYC in the 70s just forgotten. He saved that city and cleaned it up.

When the Democrats have alternative electors it's fine. When the Republicans do, it's a crime.

Equal justice under law.

It appears that he posted a tweet from Mar-a-Lago in which he taunted the Arizona AG’s office that tipped them off. If so, that was rather careless of him.

Maybe not so careless. Maybe he wanted them to show up at the party, and make them look like even bigger a-holes.

According to NBC, Rudy's original tweet was deleted, but they provided the link to A.G. Mayes's tweet, which includes Rudy's original tweet:

Ducking process undermines the legal system just as much as any other misuse. Rudy could have avoided this by not hiding out for the last several weeks. There’s no “right to not be served” with civil or criminal process, and a felony indictment would include an order to law enforcement for its mandatory service and mandatory appearance.

So he wanted to be embarrassed and humiliated at his own birthday party? Hell of a maneuver.🙄 Why didn’t he simply contact their office and arrange for service at more suitable time and place and avoid this situation in the first place?

"So he wanted to be embarrassed and humiliated at his own birthday party?"

How do you know he was embarrassed and humiliated? Were you there? The media ran with that perception.

So you think that he really wanted this? In the words of the late, great John Lennon, “Whatever gets you through the night, it’s alright”.
