"It isn't displaying anything at all on the wall. No light, blue screen or anything else."

I had this same exact problem before. It may be the wall. Try aiming the projector at a different wall and it may work.

Okay, in all seriousness, I believe there's a combination of buttons you need to press, in order to receive the projection. For my computer and projector it is Shift + the F3 key. After pressing Shift + F3, I then will see on the wall what I see on the screen. In fact, sometimes the screen itself is blank until Shift + F3 is pressed.
