The father of a 12-year-old girl who tried to keep a young man from groping his daughter at a popular Shakopee amusement park was seriously hurt late on July 4 after he was allegedly kicked and stomped by a group of men in an attack police called "brutal."
The attack on the unnamed man, which happened just outside Valleyfair Amusement Park, resulted in charges against at least six Twin Cities-area men. They were among several people the initial attacker called on his cell phone to summon them to join the assault.
The group beat up the father as his wife and daughter looked on, police said. The man was seriously injured and unconscious when police arrived.
"We see assaults, but that's brutal," Shakopee police Sgt. Jay Arras said.
Arras said the man and his family were leaving Valleyfair shortly before midnight on July 4 when a man "tried to grab the 12-year-old girl in a sexual manner" near the park exit, the father later told police.

Aren't we assuming that the victims and the others at the park were all white, or even not black? Either way, it seems to me that if the father was armed it is better to be alive and having to be called a "racist" or even face prosecution than it is to be dead and lost to your family forever.

I totally believe in the 2nd Amendment. I’ve got an AR15 for home defense and wish to get an all black synthetic stock Russian made AK 47. But even so, in a public place you can’t just start shooting as much as you’d like. And especially not these kinds of “youths”.
The cops would find out that you frequent sites like Freerepublic and have right leanings and frame you as some right wing gun fanatic. I think the Gov just doesn’t care about us. They’re more interested in some pencil neck white guy who’s into 1800 style Mormonism. They don’t care about gangstas groping and or gang attacking people like us.

Yes they would be portrayed by the media as racists, but they would have RESPECT. And those thugs would think twice about trying that again.

Based on what I read in the article and applying NC law, he should have been able to use deadly force to stop this attack. You wouldn't necessarily need to shoot all of the thugs. When things go wrong, the rest of the pack is programed to run.
Actually I do live in Texas, near Houston and I don’t feel safe. When our town was homogenis, I felt safe but now that lots of section 8 and sub-prime people have moved in I’m seeing thugish people in town. Gang graffiti too. In a new subdivision 5 minutes away a Katrina man killed his mom and grand mother. At the mall near where I live, one of these “divesity drones” stared me down and looked like he was ready to take a swing at me and I was just pushing my baby through the mall in her stroller! I want to move out of Texas to Montanna, Idaho or Wyoming or the Czech Republic for safety reasons.

One time when my wife and I were driving back from the Museum of Science in Houston, an older “diversity drone” was walking in the middle of the street and stood in front of our car. We had to stop. This was a fairly busy road by the way. And he stood there staring us down cussing and waving his arms in a crazy manner. I then got the cell and acted as if I was calling the cops and he circled away. Needless to say I can’t stand going into Houston.

I can think of a handful of folks I know with "different" sounding/looking names...and they didn't turn out like these perps.

IMHO, that is a stupid place.
It is my belief that the tems people is constituted of 2 entities - persons and mammals. We are supposed to have a capacity for reason. When we renounce that, we are no different that any other mammal. That’s why I refer to them as bipedal mammals. Now, those bipedal mammals raise litters who are predisposed to behaviors like those of the mating pair. Those behaviors include saddling a child with a name like Devondre Quashon or whatever it was.
Some from the litters do notice others who also walk around upright and comport themselves differently and try to emulate those characteristics. That’s a good thing. That’s the capacity for reason kicking in. I don’t know who Molon Labe is, but if he’s not committed to thuggery, good for him. Or Kobe, I’m glad he’s not a gangster even if he is named for a kind of beef.
