Yep, since he wasn't shown as one of ones down. With MB, it's always a bait and switch.
Blah, sorry. He wasn’t shown as one of the ones down -— in the preview clip.
Hot sun , injury waiting to happen .
EvilDick tweeted
“Caleb also gave it away on his twitter that he was evacuated about 6-8 months ago
#Survivor”
But CBS heard about it and he deleted the tweet.
At tribal Jeff explains why she was on brawn . Yeah, right,
Yeah, didn’t want to say it on the thread.
Did you see Deb’s spine? Gross. Anorexic.
Did you see Cydney’s big ol’ smile when the others weren’t looking at her when she was supposed to be sick? Sneaky attention want-er or was she really overheated?
When they practiced this with their production crew, was it 100+. I think water and shade should have been readily available during the challenge, but someone giving 100% might forgo a break. I understand if you wait to drink until thirsty it is often too late. Jeff seemed to suggest they should have been drinking more water. Challenge should have been at sunrise.
She was miss placed and never fit in.
The Brawn players get very lucky new week with a switch up.
Reward challenge winners: Chan Loh (first place), Gondol (second place)
Immunity challenge winners: Chan Loh (first place), Gondol (second place)

As of Survivor: Nicaragua, this is a new Survivor ping list. The old list is no longer available, so I would appreciate it if any of you could ping interested parties to this thread. Thank you. :)
If you want to be added to or removed from this ping list, please let me know.
Good point to do these challenges before it gets into the heat of the day.
I’d like to think that I’d have enough sense to walk off that challenge after ten minutes of digging to see who got how much seasoning.
But I’m likely too pig headed to stop.
I would love to see the unedited video from that reward challenge. And dig slightly into thr minds of producers. The old rule of thumb mentioned in an interview is all medical staff is to be present at all challenges to check welfare of contestants and in case of injury.
Maybe because it was a reward challenge, maybe there was a concurrent emergency with staff, maybe it was direction of producers... I don’t know, but to me, that looked like a terribly understaffed situation in conditions that were conductive to injury.
I understand that it couldn’t be anticipated that it’d take more than 45 minutes, I’m sure their practice said it’d be a quick dash. But when things go wrong in such an environment, you have to accept that and call it. Rock paper scissors the salt and pepper, say you’ll see them at immunity and move on.
I’ll give them props, in a brief moment, you can see a fleet of boats arriving at the challenge site as they likely called in whoever was at Ponderosa.
I have to hope they had a meeting after that disaster and put in place a plan for the future. Having people injured and pulled from the game because someone didn’t have the guts to say, hey, it’s 110 out here, they’ve been at this far longer than the test, stop.. That, to me, is unacceptable.
The production crew or someone in authority should have inserted a mandatory water break time in that challenge. It was a disaster just waiting to happen. In regards to Caleb ... why was he the only one of his tribe throwing the balls and running around to collect them? Tag off ... share the challenge with other tribe mates. All that running is what did him in combined with all the digging. I actually thought he was dying there for a minute and admit it upset me. So glad he’s better now.
I'm glad they will be switching the people up next week. I hope it adds some excitement that's not life threatening.
I took one look at the round pits where they had the 3 bags hidden and right away thought they were way too big. Cruel of CBS to make them big. That was a small part of the challenge and it took over 45 minutes. Stupid.
Thank you. :)
If Caleb had been seriously injured , Jeff would blame him for over doing it.
Jeff is the boss, it appears medical can see most situations but cannot get involved unless jeff calls them in or player request.
The digging strategy that the tribes used was really screwed up. with such a large area you need to start on the periphery and throw the sand you are digging out of the circle.
You need to move the sand one time from an unsearched area and into an already searched area or out of the search are entirely.
As you search/clear an outer “ring” you then move in towards the center to a closer ring where you can throw the sand you are digging onto the already searched outer area without covering up areas you still have to search.
These contestants all seemed to be moving the sand around onto areas that they would need to search in the future.
