The white hats supposedly put fireworks in the NYC bomber’s backpack. Perhaps they could not get in front of Parkland...Yeah, hard telling. We still don't know who or what was in the large duffle bag they drug out of the school. Perhaps that was someone who was going to stop the shooter but was taken out by the bad guys.
