I have resistance bands that the PT has me use to exercise the ankle to try to keep it flexible. I have the stationary bike that is gentle movement for the same thing, but I don’t know how much it helps with weight bearing. The elliptical might help now that I can use the ankle more.
I’ll never run or job again for sure. I’d be happy to walk more than 1/4 mile at a time right now.

Maybe if they called the loan on Britain, it would alert other countries not wholly-owned yet to their intentions, and those countries would halt their relationship with China. Maybe they’re waiting to call the loans until they own a critical mass of first world countries..
