Planet is only partially right.
He is out of prison. He is transitioning to a halfway house.
He is still a convict. Nothing changed about his legal status except his address.
Absolutely
He was there when the police murdered a woman. There is video of the murder. He saved another’s life.
He is locked up as he could testify against them.

Public release of new J6 videos reduced his value to the prosecutors.
When he is out, I hope he sues, big time.
What's he going to sue for? He pled guilty.
The prosecution could be culpable for lying and withholding evidence. His government-appointed attorney advised him to plead guilty based on a false narrative, without doing due diligence to find out what really happened.
