Your daughter doesn’t really need to break anything, at first, unless that’s the first opportunity she has. She needs to have a very strong kick to the nether regions combined with an eye gouge and throat punch. Then break whatever you can if that doesn’t stop an assailant. My daughter is a second degree black belt. She a formidable opponent for sure!
