UKRAINE has blitzed another major Russian oil refinery in a kamikaze drone strike, the explosions sparking a huge inferno near Moscow.

Dramatic video from the scene showed flames raging from the Rosneft energy giant facility in the city of Ryazan on Wednesday.

Residents of Ryazan, located 125 miles southeast of Moscow, were said to have heard the rumble of drones about 3am.

Two explosions followed the sound, triggering the inferno.

The attack came after another Ukrainian strike on two oil refineries in Krasnodar region

Meanwhile, Vladimir Putin’s defence minister Sergei Shoigu demanded more "means of destruction" as Western supplies of munitions began to arrive in Ukraine.

On a visit to his military's HQ, he said: "It is necessary to increase the volume and quality of the weapons and military equipment supplied to the troops, first and foremost the means of destruction."

The grim-faced politician warned Putin about the pace at which military supplies were being provided to his troops.

He said: "There are issues that require special attention and urgent solutions, especially with regard to the provision of the most sought-after models.

"We shall discuss measures that will make it possible to ensure the fulfilment of the tasks of the special military operation."

The use of the term "Kamikaze" in this context is stupid.

When I shoot my .44 Mag am I sending "kamikaze" bullets down range?

Kamikaze (神風, pronounced [kamiꜜkaze]; 'divine wind' or 'spirit wind'), officially Shinpū Tokubetsu Kōgekitai (神風特別攻撃隊, 'Divine Wind Special Attack Unit') were a part of the Japanese Special Attack Units of military aviators who flew suicide attacks for the Empire of Japan against Allied naval vessels in the closing stages of the Pacific campaign of World War II, intending to destroy warships more effectively than with conventional air attacks. About 3,800 kamikaze pilots died during the war, and more than 7,000 naval personnel were killed by kamikaze attacks.

The size of the gap (there is always some) between Brent crude and Urals crude is worth watching...

In a year:

Russia is losing approximately 45 units of military equipment per day, adding 0.7 square kilometers per day. At this rate, Russia will need 31 million tanks and armored vehicles to conquer Ukraine, 1200 years and more than a hundred million dead soldiers.

Today, Putin's Urals crude is going at an $8 discount from Brent aka European crude price. Bad news. I have seen the gap as much as $15.
But Urals current alledged spot price being $75.32. I am thinking that most favored nations-customers are getting it for $65 or less. Favored nations being high volume buyers, such as China and India, Norks too, because they send Roosky their old rotten artillery shells.

Keep telling yourself that as the Russians move all the way to the Dnieper river.

You're too stupid or dishonest to face the reality that Russians have hundreds of thousands of troops waiting in reserve that aren't even on the battlefield.

There isn't ANY evidence to back that up.

You're the same liar that claimed Russia was running out of missiles and ammo TWO YEARS ago.

Who do you think you're fooling anymore, Marcus?

Since I’m not in any position to advise Ukrainians of any high rank I can only observe and comment. The Ukes made their bed with the Ruskies..both countries can butcher each other in it. The Ukes from prior to the war were picking a fight with Russia they couldn’t win. I have no sides in this conflict, they both deserve each other!

i loved you funny story though!...cheers!

Yeah, Russia was totally justified in sending tank columns towards the capital city of Ukraine, using thermobaric bombs, rocket-bombing civilian neighborhoods, and annexing vast swathes of Ukrainian territory in a blatant breach of International Law, kidnapping Ukrainian children, etc.

Ukraine deserved it for, uh, um... being so snotty towards Putin! Yeah, that's the ticket!

Regards,
