BREAKING: Judge Merchan to Donald Trump: “Defendant is hereby put on notice that if appropriate and warranted, future violations of its lawful orders will be punishable by incarceration.”
Placing a gag order on a defendant is unconstitutional, cruel and unreasonable punishment and complete bullshit.
The judge is too stupid to realize he’s hanging his own self.
He wants it proven that this is election interference and a blatant limit on free speech...something guaranteed to each of us by the constitution which cannot be denied by the government.
My Cousin Vinny benefitted quite handsomely by being incarcerated a couple too tree times while representin’ me during my criminal trial in South Carolina.

It occurred to me that President Trump ought to produce a *campaign ad*, designated as such with payment for delivery, that includes a thorough bashing of Merchan, Bragg, and this lawfare case.
Let’s see Merchan jail the putative Republican PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE for a CAMPAIGN AD he produced! Should be immediately appealable to the USSC.
