A “woke” Washington, DC, judge is facing backlash after he opted to cut loose an 18-year-old accused of firing more than two dozen rounds from an AR-15 into a car full of people.
Lloyd U. Nolan Jr., a judge on the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, last week ordered Amonte Moody to be released on house arrest ahead of his trial — despite acknowledging that the teen’s alleged actions could have killed someone.
Moody, who was slapped with charges including assault with a dangerous weapon, had allegedly sprayed 26 shots at an SUV carrying four people on Independence Avenue in the early hours of April 22.

It might be a severely shortened AR-15 action type pistol. The barrel doesn't appear to be more than 8 inches long.
So, according to this jackass, there is nothing wrong or illegal about shootin’ up the joint with an AR-15. What the hell are the far left turd rollers always complaining about?!
This is an easy fix. If the perp ends up killing someone after being let loose, we simply kill the judge and/or prosecutor. THAT will stop this insanity.
And just yesterday there was a post about New Yorkers increasingly building panic rooms and safe places in their homes. Yet they keep voting for the same people who don’t care if they’re dead.

You can’t fix the demonically driven- they are committed to a godless lifestyle, and as such won’t vote for anyone that threatens their “good times” th laws that prevent them from doing so, so they vote democrat.

Why just assault with a deadly weapon and not 4 counts of attempted murder?
This yute will likely end up with less jail time than some of the J6 protestors that just entered the capital and did not commit any violence.
