I think the black population of the USA is 13%

What amazes me is when I read that 40+% of the population of major US cities like New Orleans, Chicago, Detroit & etc. cannot read or write. We spend huge amounts of money on education in these cities.

At this point when it comes to black folks in general I’d settle for just being able to speak proper English......it’s almost as if many of them trash the English language as an insult......but that can’t be......can it? 🤔
