If this were 1994, that may have been a substantial portion of the Soviet chopper fleet capable of flight.
I know of a case in 1993 where a Soviet army Colonel sold some major Top Secret gear to a U.S. Army captain, in uniform, for enough to feed his regiment on the train trip home.
But this is 2024, and the Soviets(in Putins dreams), er, the Russians have a lot more operable machines today.
