Ad-aware is a free multi spyware removal utility, that scans your memory, registry and hard drives for known spyware components and lets you remove them safely.

Ad-aware has worked well for me, and its free.

Ad-aware works great for spyware. KaZaa lite is great but it needs to create a Dummy File it puts a fake Cydoor .dll file that tricks the program and makes it work and think it's the real spyware file. Ad-Aware just scans it and reads it as spyware but it's not. So don't delete this file. Find it here
