This claim depends upon the not-totally-fossilized wood pieces found among the bones. The wood is associated with the dinosaur, but the wood is unpetrified, therefore it appears the dinosaur is young.
Samples of the wood should be independently examined and radioisotope dated. And somebody outside of ICR should be allowed to examine the site.
For some reason, I'm not holding my breath.
I hope they do exactly that. Something like this is just too important to have even a hint of "it should have been done by so-and-so."
