I am soooo mad I can hardly see straight!!
If I was a woman, and had lost a relative or friend on 9/11, I think I would drive to Florida and beat this woman senseless about once a week for the next five years or so.
The media keep asking why intelligence agencies couldn't solve a nationwide puzzle based on a half-dozen disparate clues, but I'll be damned if my dogs couldn't have solved the caper with clues like this woman received.
I can't remember the last time I have been so outraged! This bitch deserves to be in Gitmo, in the cell adjoining Taliban Johnny's.
DOUBLE-DIPPING AT THE POLLS: RNC STUDY OF ILLEGAL 2000 FLORIDA VOTES
You are so right. The dems can't or won't grasp some things about our "W".
The President knows who he is and is comfortable, confident in his skin. He is humble yet strong.
Like all truly successful people the President is a planner. He assembles good people, tells them what he expects then gets out of their way and lets them do their job. On every issue he is two, three or four moves ahead of the dems.
For W, the Oval Office is not the ultimate power grab nor a platform for personal gain or gotcha politics. Our President has many admirable qualities but it is his enormous respect for the office, the country and for all of us that is the critical essence of the man and it is the trait the dems can not fathom.
Yesterday while the dems were engaged in stalling, plotting and whining .....
The President met with the Saudi foreign minister to discuss the Middle East.
He met with the Australian Prime Minister to discuss trade and terrorism.
He met with a group of CEOs from the business community to discuss volunteerism, encouraging them to not just create value but to strive to create values.
He spoke to a high tech forum about the importance technology plays to our safety and in the war on terror.
As he hailed the end of the antiquated ABM treaty our Navy successfully slammed an inceptor rocket into a dummy warhead in a preliminary test of the proposed missile defense program.
The President reminded us again of the danger Iraq poses to the world and of our options there. We later learned the U.S. has quietly doubled our troop presence in Kuwait.
At every turn in his day, without exception, he never failed to address his number one job, protecting our country and the lives of it's citizens. He never waivered, he did not falter, he pulled no punches. He used every one of the above engagements to speak of the evils of terrorist and the rogue states that support them. It was another of the jam packed, whirlwind, productive days the President relishes. Lastly, it was also a day when he promoted conservative values. His remarks to technology leaders thrilled my conservative, pubbie heart:
" The other thing that I want you all to understand is I think I've got a pretty clear vision of the role of government. And it's not to create wealth; that's not the role of the government. The role of government is to create an environment in which people who've got a good idea and are willing to work for it can make a living, and expand their businesses and employ people."
Yes, I agree with you, the administraton has probably already devised a forward looking plan that would allow "the power companies will announce long-term upgrade plans,"-snip- "reducing emissions by the 70% that "W" predicted today. The whole sector will get a bump in the market, and then we can go out and say: "See, if you take the shackles off of industry, they will try to do the right thing."
Wise advice to dems, dictators, terrorist and allies alike would be, Do Not Play Poker With W.
