"knowingly and maliciously" printing libel about him. He says all this has caused him "mental pain and anguish, humiliation, embarrassment, fright and shock, and mortification," All this from a man in prison for being a total jerk who cares about nothing or noone. With that attitude he must also be a Democrat.

Burnett, who is still in prison, filed the complaint Feb. 19 in Santa Clara County Superior Court, and is representing himself. I think this sentence alone tells us everything we need to know about the merits of this clown's lawsuit.
