As a self-described “Zionist,” US Democratic vice presidential nominee Joe Biden on Wednesday reacted harshly to speculation that his pro-Israel record may not be as strong as he professes.
Biden is fond of pointing out how in a previous interview with a Jewish television channel he stated that, despite not being Jewish, he was a “Zionist.”

Supporting the Islamic Revolutionary Guards and advocating the pay-off of the Mullahs is “Zionism”? I’d call it dhimmitude.
Methinks he doth protest too much.
It’s a careful tightrope he has to walk, professing to be a Zionist Christian at the same time he doesn’t want to p*ss off the antisemitic Democrat hard left base.
