Dear Nations of the World...

Dear Nations of the World,
As you are no doubt aware I am having some financial difficulties. I have a management team who is driving me into the ground. I have workers languishing under debt from the Company Store and from the Company Bank. Their efforts are effectively negated by such debt and the accounting department has informed me that I'll be indebted for about 20 years, if I'm lucky. The worst outlook has me perpetually in debt.
So given this grim prospect I hereby give you all notice that, starting today, I will no longer be able to provide the majority of you with the financial assistance that you have become accustomed to in the past.
There will be a few of you that I'll still be able to help. Those that have been long time allies and friends will still receive the aid that I've given in the past, but the rest of you are now on your own.
The billions upon billions of dollars that have been freely given to you over the decades to buy your friendship and cooperation on the world stage has been some of the most ill spent money I've ever spent and I'm ending it now to help MY people through these hard times!
I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors to find another Sugar Daddy. May their gestures prove more fruitful than mine have been.

Sincerely,
America

Can anyone tell me just how much a year America gives away in Foreign Grants And Credits, Foreign Economic and Military Aid?

The answerer gets a kewpie doll.
