In ‘97, the dem-controlled Senate voted against the Kyoto treaty 95-0. One can hope. Or maybe things have changed.

"Or maybe things have changed." That is what I am after.
If it is a slam dunk we can be saved by the Senate, then good. It will be hard to find a majority in the Senate willing to stick their heads out on this one. But as one poster just mentioned, the EPA goons where able to change the classification of CO2 from a harmless gas to a pollutant. That in itself shows us how far zero's gang is in manipulation and control with the aim at allowing all levels of controls to be placed upon our energy industry.
These communist/socialist/one worlders' in some cases, control freaks must be held down to a bear minimum of control over the next few years or things are going to get so much worse.
I just want someone with a deep understanding of congressional law to assure us our Senate can close down anything the goon may agree to with some countries or directly with the UN while in Copenhagen.
Anyone out there to calm our/my fears?
Jim. Can you ping someone you know without a doubt has a clear understanding of how anything the goon boy does in Copenhagen can be negated? Thanks.
