I think that if the treaty is not passed by the Senate it is null and void.

It also can't contradict the rest of the Constitution - for example, you can't make a treaty that denies free speech, etc.

Yes, but that’s my point about the judiciary being in the tank. The Supreme Court is loaded with Lefties intent on “interpreting” the Constitution.
