Son of Hamas chief, ex-Israeli spy now exposes 'Muhammad's lie'
'I am not here to fight Muslims. I am fighting their god'
From his prominent West Bank Muslim family to the Israeli intelligence service he served for a decade – and even to some professing Christians – people who know Mosab Hassan Yousef are finding it difficult to explain his radical transformation.
The son and heir apparent of a founder of the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas, Yousef broke the heart of his pious, close-knit family and put their lives and his own in danger with his announcement two years ago that he had become a follower of Jesus Christ. Today, the threats have only intensified since he shifted his mission from saving lives by battling terrorism to saving Muslims souls by exposing Islam as "the biggest lie in human history."
In a telephone conference call Thursday with WND and several Christian publications, Yousef explained that, along with Hamas, secular media and members of some mainline Christian denominations are trying to discredit the story he tells in the new book "Son of Hamas," which is No. 10 on the New York Times best-seller list this week.
It's a story many find hard to believe, he acknowledged.
But the "secret is very simple," said the 32-year-old Yousef. "When the love of our Lord is in a man's heart, this man acts totally different."

I’ve seen him on Hannity. Fascinating story & exposes the truth about this great Religion of Pieces.

If true, just....wow.
I’ll research this guy. If his story sees legit, I’ll buy and read his book.

I listened to a lecture by Dr. George Grant (a conservative Christian) on The Crusades. He concluded by saying that if we don't put forth a greater effort at evangelizing Muslims, we will still be fighting the same war over the next several centuries as well. I have to admit, my first reaction was cynicism. But, who am I to limit God? If Saul, who became Paul, can be saved then anyone can.

I'm sure his story is true, for the same reason the testimony of the earliest Christians is true: both had experiences so profound that they were willing to put their lives on the line and break with their family and friends. Also, Shin Bet confirms his story. I don't think he will live long, alas.
I shouldn't be surprised, but I'm still shocked to hear that "mainstream 'Christian' churches" dispute his story. After all, the mainstream churches don't believe in the Bible or Jesus anyway. Their only game is the "social[ist] gospel."
